This project is an investigation into the construction of unconventional architectural systems. Starting with the structural operation as a formal foundation that generates the developed architecture, which will supply new policies of understanding office work.
The proposal focuses on generating conditions completely contrary to what was recently proposed as the application of the Columbus Towers in their characteristic auction, underlining their nature with regard to hanging and speculation. A varied program of extensions in plant whose idiosyncrasy is the promotion of the leisure activity of the workers refined in the towers following the theory of the panopticon of Foucault. Among them we will find semi-outdoor areas of rest, cooworking, smokingareas and a gymnastics.
The spaces on the top are of more public character. There, it appears on the rooftop of the East Tower, a self-stocked Café by an orchard located in the West Tower, in the form of concentric terracing. Not demolishing the Plug was also a starting point of the project, as there was never any need to do so.
